[Introduction] TinyRefinementModel: Exploration of a Specialized Model for Recursive Latent Reasoning
TinyRefinementModel is a specialized model for recursive latent reasoning inspired by Samsung's TinyRecursiveModels. It explores a new path for small models to achieve complex reasoning capabilities by iteratively refining the reasoning process in the continuous latent space. This model aims to address the high computational cost and deployment barriers of large language models. It adopts an encoder-refiner-decoder architecture, supports dynamic adjustment of reasoning iteration count, and features high parameter efficiency and strong interpretability.
