PT Mulya Cocoa Indonesia (MCI), as a cocoa export enterprise, has launched the MCI AI Agent project to explore the construction of AI-native sales infrastructure, aiming to automate and intelligentize the entire sales process.

Development Path

In the initial stage, the project was an internal AI sales tool for MCI. After verification, it will evolve into a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
