LLM-Mastery-Hub: A Full-Stack Learning Roadmap for Large Language Models

LLM-Mastery-Hub is an open-source systematic collection of learning resources designed to provide learners with a complete knowledge path from large language model (LLM) fundamentals to production-level deployment. This project fills the gap in the current lack of systematic integration of LLM learning resources, covering five stages: basic concepts, technical depth, application development, model fine-tuning and optimization, and production deployment. It also includes featured resources such as selected papers, code examples, and tool recommendations, along with a scientific learning methodology.

LLM-Mastery-Hub is an open-source learning resource collection project. The project divides LLM learning into five progressive stages:

1. Foundation Concept Building: Covers core concepts of language models, Transformer architecture, pre-training and fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and other basic content;
2. Technical Depth Expansion: Delves into internal mechanisms such as attention mechanisms, training processes, and model architecture variants;
3. Application Development Practice: Includes practical application capabilities like API integration, advanced prompt engineering, and application architecture design;
4. Model Fine-Tuning and Optimization: Covers customized technologies such as supervised fine-tuning, parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and reinforcement learning optimization (RLHF/DPO);
5. Production-Level Deployment: Focuses on deployment aspects like inference optimization, service architecture, operation and maintenance monitoring, and security compliance.

The project provides various types of featured resources:

• Curated Paper List: Classified into must-read classics, technical evolution, cutting-edge exploration, and practical guides, with priority notes;
• Code Example Library: Includes minimal runnable examples, complete project templates, implementations of common patterns, and error comparisons;
• Tool and Framework Recommendations: Objectively evaluates mainstream tools like LangChain, vLLM, and Hugging Face Transformers;
• Dataset Resources: Compiles general/domain-specific datasets and construction guidelines.
