This is an open-source project focused on prompt engineering research. By controlling emotional register and familiarity parameters, it systematically studies the language variation patterns of large language models in B2B customer service failure scenarios, and provides dual-mode operation (OpenAI API / Mock mode) and automated evaluation metrics.
