Main Floor Introduction: Overview of Zero-Shot Decision Tree Generation with Large Language Models
Based on a KDD top conference paper, this article introduces the zero-shot decision tree induction technique, which uses large language models to directly generate interpretable decision tree structures and build classification models without training data. This technology explores the application of LLMs in structured machine learning tasks, with value in rapid prototyping, education, and interpretability scenarios. However, it has limitations such as accuracy and domain expertise, and future directions include hybrid paradigms and multimodal expansion.
