GradFast: An AI Document Management Workflow Agent for International Students

GradFast is an AI operational agent designed specifically for international students. It aims to help manage document-intensive administrative tasks in processes like study-abroad applications and visa applications through automation and intelligent means. This project is open-source, maintained by nesibmu, and released on the GitHub platform (link: https://github.com/nesibmu/GradFast). Its core value lies in reducing cognitive burden, minimizing human errors, saving time, and providing personalized support, bringing automation possibilities to the traditional study-abroad service field.

International students face a large number of tedious document processing tasks such as transcript translation and certification, recommendation letter collection, and visa material preparation during the process of applying for overseas institutions and handling visas. These tasks are error-prone and challenging for first-time users. GradFast was developed to address the needs of this specific group, positioned as an AI operational agent to solve document-intensive administrative workflow problems.
