GOATED AI Skills: A Cross-Framework AI Skill Library Making Agent Toolchains Truly Portable

GOATED AI Skills is an open-source framework-agnostic AI skill library designed to address the problem of skill fragmentation in the current AI Agent tool ecosystem.
