It covers the entire lifecycle from project initialization to team collaboration auditing, aiming to systematically integrate AI capabilities into standardized development processes and help developers improve efficiency.

With the popularity of AI programming assistants like Claude Code in developers' workflows, while using AI functions sporadically is helpful, real efficiency gains come from integrating AI capabilities into standardized processes. The Claude Code Skills project addresses this need by providing end-to-end AI-assisted support through six skill modules.

Claude Code Skills includes six interrelated skill modules: Health Scan, Project Scaffold, AI Harness, Agent Team, Push Gate, and Collaboration Audit, which together form a development workflow pipeline covering the entire lifecycle.

• Health Scan: Pre-checks the development environment, analyzes project structure, dependency status, etc., identifies risks, standardizes environment configuration, and reduces environment-related issues.
• Project Scaffold: Automatically generates standardized project structures, configuration files, sample code, and document templates, saving initialization time and ensuring compliance with standards.
• AI Harness: Provides prompt templates, context management, etc., optimizes interaction efficiency with Claude Code, reduces communication costs, and is suitable for complex development scenarios.

• Agent Team: Coordinates collaboration among multiple AI agents, decomposes tasks and assigns them to specialized agents, integrates outputs, and improves parallel processing capability and quality.
• Push Gate: Automatically performs checks such as style verification and static analysis before code submission, implements pre-emptive quality assurance, and provides quick feedback.
• Collaboration Audit: Records and analyzes the interaction history between the team and AI, the basis for code decisions, etc., to facilitate review, compliance auditing, and fault tracing.

The six modules can be used independently or in series: Individual developers are advised to start with Project Scaffold and AI Harness; team users are recommended to use Health Scan, Push Gate, and Collaboration Audit to establish standards; the open-source nature of the project supports the community in contributing new modules or improving existing implementations.
