[Introduction] ANE-LM: Exploration of Accelerating Local Large Model Execution on Windows Platform via ANE-like Calls
ANE-LM is an experimental tool that attempts to migrate Apple Neural Engine technology to the Windows platform. Its core goal is to lower the threshold for running large language models locally, allowing Windows users to use AI functions offline without relying on cloud services or high-end GPUs. Currently, it mainly supports Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen series models Qwen3 and Qwen3.5, which perform excellently in Chinese understanding and generation.
