## Project Background and Objectives

With the popularity of AI programming assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex, developers rely on them for code writing and document generation. However, the quality of AI-generated content is inconsistent, especially in technical writing which lacks consistency, accuracy, and professional standards. The skills project was created to provide standardized technical writing capability modules for AI agents. Through predefined writing guidelines, terminology standards, and formatting rules, it helps generate higher-quality Chinese technical documents.

## Core Features and Design Philosophy

### Standardization of Technical Writing Capabilities
Covers four key areas: clarity (concise sentences, focus on core concepts), consistency (unified terminology), formatting standards (heading levels, list styles, etc.), and review process (error checks before publication).
### Automated Installation and Management
- Intelligent installation script: automatically detects the environment, places files, and establishes guide links;
- Multi-editor support: optimized for Claude Code and others, automatically detects the skills folder without additional configuration.
