Gaussian Continuous-Variable Quantum Neural Network: A New Quantum-Classical Hybrid Paradigm for Medical Image Classification

This article introduces a new architecture based on the Gaussian Continuous-Variable Quantum Neural Network (Gaussian CV-QNN) for medical image classification tasks. The study implemented Gaussian quantum state simulation in the form of covariance matrices under the PennyLane framework, and verified the model's performance on multiple MedMNIST datasets, providing a feasible path for the application of quantum machine learning in the medical field.
