Introduction: AI Tutoring Systems vs. Human Experts—Who Deserves More Trust?
This article focuses on the application of AI tutoring systems in education, exploring the reliability boundary between them and human experts. Core content includes: the technical foundation of AI tutoring systems (e.g., how RAG technology improves accuracy), the cognitive limitations of human experts, key findings from comparative experiments between the two, and how to establish a healthy trust framework and future human-machine collaborative education models.
